It comes in two sizes and has 4 adjustable points to fit your hips and booty just right. The hip straps are adjustable so it can be worn in a variety of fits in the back.

Each harness comes with two interchangeable stainless steel O-rings that have a 3.8cm and 5cm wide diameter. To change the ring, use a flat-head screwdriver.
To put on, hold the harness like a belt, and loosen the waist strap to pull up. Once on, you can adjust the leg straps.
