With a full heart, immense gratitude, and curiosity about what is next to come, Tailbone is officially closing its digital doors for orders. ❤️🔥🚪

It’s been an amazing five years of being creative, playful, tender, and orgasmic together. Now this chapter has come to an end, and it’s time to make space for new projects and collaborations. 💦⚡🍬

The first mushy thank you goes to our incredible customers. Over the years, you have opened up your hearts (and holes) to us, sharing what makes you tick and what gives you the ick. You’ve braved new territories of pleasure and self-expression, brought your partners and chosen/families along the ride, devoured books and buttplugs, tried on binders and strap-ons, came for tea and tarot readings, and made Tailbone into a warm and collaborative space for everyone. It’s been an honour to be a part of your journeys. 🫂 🎽 🍆

Next, the wonderful folks who worked and interned at the shop throughout the years, packing orders, color organising books, working pop-up stands, and taking cute polaroids - you will always be a part of us. Last but not least, our amazing collaboration partners like Queer Gym, UNTAG, YourRules, Exploring Deeper, Door2Door, Worm, KLAUW, and more - thank you for the work that you do and for helping make this world a more creative and sexy place. 📦 📋 🌈 

If Tailbone has made a positive impact on you, we would love to hear from you, in our comments/DMS/Email <3. If you have questions or mushy goodbyes, our emails are still open. If you have outstanding giftcards, you can redeem them manually by placing an order via email until April 30th. We will keep the website active without checkout functions indefinitely as we assemble an archive of the projects we completed over the years, and links to places you can keep buying some of your favourite products. And who knows - maybe one of you reading this might open Rotterdam’s next Queer sex shop… 🔮 🌱📫
